All of my signature hookah tobacco flavors are hand mixed and packaged by a team of 1, so please bear with me as I hustle to get all orders processed, fulfilled, and shipped out in a timely manner.
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing from the date your order was placed.

The preferred carrier service for shipping online orders is UPS. PO Boxes will not be accepted due to PACT Act shipping requirements.
Shipping time can be anywhere between 3-5 business days depending on your geographic distance from Charlotte, NC. Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders. It Is not my responsibility to track your order.
